How It Works
Our custom ring design process is very simple, and we promise that you’ll have full control over the design and creation process until you’re satisfied with the results.
01.
Getting Started
The first step is to reach out to our team so we can get a better understanding of what you’re looking for in terms of:
Gemstone type ( Diamond or Moissanite )
Stone shape, size, color & clarity
Band width and gold color
Number of prongs
Ring setting
Budget
If you have specific ring designs in mind, we also ask that you share these with us!
02.
Initial Mock-Up
Once we’ve settled on the design, we require a 30% of total non-refundable deposit to begin the digital rendering process. This initial payment will be applied toward the total cost of your custom ring if you decide to move forward.
Our team will then get to work on creating a mock-up, which takes 7-10 days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom ring design and are happy to make any necessary adjustments. However, after 1 free round of adjustments, a $80 CAD fee will apply for additional changes which goes to our CAD designer.
03.
Payment
When you’re satisfied with the final design, you can choose to:
Pay for the remaining balance in full
Pay in two installments: 50% to start making your ring, and 50% upon completion
Remember that we have different payment options available, and we’re always happy to work out a solution that works for everyone!
04.
Production
After payment is received, our production team will get started on your ring. Our processing time is between 4-6 weeks until your custom ring is complete.
Once it’s ready, we’ll send you photos of the finished product before shipping or pick up.
